Responsibilities

You’ll talk to small and medium-sized business owners who have already expressed interest in Sage to decide if our products are a fit for them
You’ll spend time getting to know their business, their challenges, goals and ambitions to gain an understanding of how our products can help them achieve these goals
You’ll work closely with an account executive to secure a consultation between them and the client, making recommendations and ensuring clear communication at every point
You may find yourself working on some outbound prospecting to find additional customers in the market who would benefit from the products we offer

Qualification

Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven experience in a customer facing role, preferably within the SaaS and/or E-Commerce industry
Experience of working towards targets
Familiarity with operating computer software/programs
Someone who is a great team player
