Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build and launch engaging activation campaigns, including incentives, fast-track promotions, and seasonal rewards
Develop and maintain internal guides, FAQs, and partner-facing resources to support all activation and performance initiatives
Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure programs are implemented smoothly and communicated effectively
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier engagement and activation. Prepare and present clear reports to measure program outcomes and inform future strategies
Gather feedback from internal teams and analyze program results to consistently refine and optimize our activation strategies
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of experience in a relevant field such as program coordination, operations, customer/partner enablement, or marketing
Strong project coordination skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple departments
You are comfortable pulling, interpreting, and reporting on data to measure success and make informed decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex program details for a variety of audiences
You enjoy testing new campaigns, brainstorming program ideas, and finding innovative ways to drive engagement
Comfortable working and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving marketplace environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Direct experience collaborating with Product, Operations, or Marketing teams is a plus
