New Grad, Entry LevelKessler's Grocery is seeking Store Team Members at Pet Supplies Plus who are friendly, outgoing, and passionate about pets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting with merchandising and stocking, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pet products and services
Handle customer transactions at the register accurately and efficiently
Stock shelves and ensure product displays are neat and organized
Assist in receiving and processing shipments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning up pet messes
Care for live animals in the store (fish, birds, reptiles, small animals)
Monitor animal health and report any concerns to management
Educate customers on proper pet care and product usage
Work cooperatively with team members and management
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Support store promotions and events
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
Passion for animals and willingness to learn about pet care
