Responsibilities
Hire and develop exceptional engineers to build a high-performing team
Support engineers in their career growth through mentorship, feedback, and leadership development
Uphold high technical standards through sound processes (e.g., architecture reviews, testing) and strong engineering culture
Partner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute long-term platform roadmaps
Coordinate execution and collaborate across teams to deliver cross-cutting, high-impact projects
Qualification
Required
Proven track record (7+ years) leading engineering teams, including managing managers
Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience coaching both engineers and managers
Deep experience delivering complex, large-scale infrastructure systems
Strong judgment in balancing engineering velocity with long-term technical quality
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across Product, Sales, and Customer Success
Demonstrated ability to define and drive technical and organizational roadmaps
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
A builder mindset with a history of scaling teams and systems in fast-paced environments
Strong ownership and initiative in ambiguous, evolving contexts
A change agent capable of guiding our transformation into an API-first company
Bias for action and data-driven decision making
First-principles thinking applied to both technical and organizational challenges
