Responsibilities
Oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully
Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party consultants to manage design and construction phases
Track design packages and resolve issues
Support contract negotiations and review cost estimates
Conduct constructability reviews and process invoices
Manage change orders and disputes
Assist in scheduling and coordinating third-party contractors and consultants for data center projects
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management or business
8 years of experience in the construction industry
8 years of experience in leadership or management
Ability to plan, execute, monitor, control, and close a project
