Responsibilities

Conduct user research for business projects, including writing test plans, creating deliverables and presenting insights

Use data and findings to promote customer-focused design decisions

Assist design workshop facilitation, stakeholder interviews and competitor analysis

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to execute UX projects

Required

This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, human factors, UX design / research or a related field

Portfolio exhibiting UX Design / Research experience

Strong communication and presentation skills
