Behavioral Transformations is a leading provider of therapy services for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. They are seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement individualized ABA therapy programs under supervision, conduct skill acquisition sessions, and support parent training initiatives.

Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction sessions with clients
Collect, analyze, and report on behavior data
Support parent training and family education initiatives
Provide clinical support and mentorship to RBTs
Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and staff development
Ensure therapy aligns with the mission of 'therapy with heart'
Qualification
Required
Active BCaBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum of 1 year experience in ABA (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and their families
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Pediatrics and child development understanding
Data collection and analysis
Conflict resolution and problem-solving
Integrity, professionalism, and empathy
Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and families
