Responsibilities
Support the design of mobile and web applications through user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, content strategists, and product teams to deliver high-quality designs
Participate in user research and usability testing to improve overall design outcomes
Apply accessibility and usability best practices to ensure inclusive design
Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company’s design system and documentation
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate design implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0–3 years of experience in UX or product design (internships and academic work welcome)
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and passion for user-centered design
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setting with on-site collaboration in San Diego, CA or Acton, MA
