Oxford Global Resources is seeking a contract software test engineer for their client, who is experienced in developing automated tests for embedded networking applications. The contractor will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and reliability of embedded networking software across a range of hardware platforms.

Responsibilities

Work along with dev team, responsible for the software releases, regression

Focus on the existing system and prepare for test strategy for web UI feature expansion

Understand and work towards next generation system features

Qualification

Required

Experience using programming languages like Python (preferred), C#, or Java

Experience with XUnit or NUnit

Experience with Selenium

CI/CD Integration

Basic knowledge of SQL

4+ years of experience in embedded software QA, preferably in networking domains

Hands on test process experience and Test automation skills

Networking skills i.e., understanding of Networking protocols, ports and sockets etc

Experience with Wireshark
