Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Support the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Work independently and understand how the role supports Receivables as a whole, including special projects and initiatives related to our business
Maintain product and system documentation (user guides, implementation, marketing sheets, training decks, procedures)
Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and recommend improvements
Prepare product documentation, training materials, and client communications
Communicate regular status updates to senior management and business stakeholders in an executive manner
Support sales and client service teams with product knowledge and presentations
Track industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to receivables and cash management
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Experience in product deployment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and market trends
Self-starter capable of independently managing their workload and deliverables
Adopts a logical and organized method for planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Operations experience dealing with large scale operations and transformation agendas
