Responsibilities

Drive creation of foundational procurement data management practices and in some cases manage key procurement data

Establish and enforce data policies, standards, and procedures to ensure high-quality, reliable, and secure Procurement data

Own and evolve Procurement materials taxonomy, work with Sourcing, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable teams to establish process for classification of supplier spend in the region

Establish Procurement vendor data model and lifecycle processes, working with IT to implement appropriate solutions

Support the use and buildout of the spend analytics platform, working with Sourcing, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and technology to implement and update automation

Develop approach to Procurement Knowledge Management, alongside buildout of Procurement Platform

Lead and collaborate across the team to manage our Intranet presence and key training materials

Own and execute the Procurement communication strategy across the broader business

Required

6+ years of experience in procurement, data management, or financial analysis roles

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field

Strong understanding of procurement processes, systems, and data flows

Experience with data management tools, data analysis techniques and best practices

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven decision making

Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement

Able to work collaboratively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

Must be able to work as a team member & independently

Strong communication skills: both written and verbal

Demonstrates tolerance and understanding in a multi-cultural environment

Proficiency in utilizing data visualization, reporting, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Procurement platforms
