Responsibilities

Developing Change Management Plans: A comprehensive plan outlining the approach to managing change, including objectives, key stakeholders, communication plans, and timelines
Stakeholder Management Identification of key stakeholders, their needs, and strategies for engaging them throughout the change process. Addressing concerns and feedback from stakeholders. Mechanisms for collecting feedback from stakeholders and using it to continuously improve change management efforts
Communication Detailed plan for communicating changes to all relevant parties, including messaging, channels, frequency, and feedback mechanisms. Regular updates on the status of change initiatives, including metrics, milestones, and any issues or adjustments needed
Training and Development Design and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and materials to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes
Monitoring and Reporting Analysis of how changes will affect different parts of the organization, including potential risks and mitigation strategies. Strategies for identifying, addressing, and mitigating resistance to change Tools and surveys to measure the organization's readiness for change
Risk Management and Sustainability Identification of potential risks associated with the change and strategies to mitigate them. Develop knowledge management structure to ensure changes are embedded into the organization and sustained over the long term

Required

Bachelor's Degree

The ability to travel 15% of the time

Preferred

8+ years of project management experience
Experience driving change through an enterprise organization
Ability to influence others
Experience presenting to different levels in an organization
PMP Certification
