They are seeking an enthusiastic Intern Procurement Analyst to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and strategic sourcing, working closely with procurement professionals to derive actionable insights from complex data.

Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze procurement data from ERP systems such as SAP and Jaggaer, as well as supplier portals and spend analytics tools

Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in spend data to support strategic sourcing and cost-saving initiatives

Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI to visualize key procurement metrics including spend distribution, supplier performance, contract compliance, and category trends

Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Build predictive models to forecast demand, pricing fluctuations, and supply availability using historical data and market trends

Support scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies

Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-making

Required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and Power BI (data modeling, DAX)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to diverse audiences

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a graduation date between December 2026 and December 2027
