Responsibilities

Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities

Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to “least privilege” principles

Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits

Lead and document security incident investigations, ensuring timely remediation

Maintain alignment with Nebius global security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)

Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation

Maintain an updated inventory of security controls and ensure their effective operation

Develop and deliver training for employees, vendors, and visitors on site security procedures

Foster a strong security culture through regular communications and refresher programs

Serve as the local point of contact for physical security, coordinating with operations, facilities, and IT teams

Liaise with external partners and contractors to ensure security compliance and operational integrity

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.)

Preferred

Relevant certifications (PSP, CPP, CPTED, Genetec, Axis) are an advantage
