Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Dell Technologies storage platforms and Connectrix B-Series (Brocade) SAN environments
Review and adjust storage configurations, perform LUN creation, and manage zoning and capacity planning
Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues across the storage and SAN infrastructure
Support data protection operations including backup policy review, system upgrades, and failure remediation
Execute operational maintenance tasks and ensure systems meet reliability and performance objectives
Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise storage and SAN operations
Strong hands-on experience with Dell EMC storage technologies and Brocade SAN administration
Proficiency in troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing SAN environments
Familiarity with enterprise backup and recovery platforms (e.g., Commvault, NetWorker, or similar)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence
Preferred
Experience supporting Dell Data Center infrastructure environments
Prior exposure to data protection workflows and disaster recovery planning
Strong documentation and process improvement mindset
