Sanctuary Wealth is a corporate entity seeking an Addepar Reporting Specialist. The role involves assisting Sanctuary Partners with Addepar training, performance reporting, and ensuring data quality and integrity.

Financial Services

Responsibilities

Provide Addepar training for onboarding partners

Review monthly and quarter end audits for performance reporting purposes

Identify missing or incomplete processes to improve reporting offering

Complete data audits on regular time intervals

Trouble shoot account performance

Support performance report building

Review and resolve open items with Addepar

Maintaining offline & online accounts (specifically alternatives)

Qualification

AddeparExcel proficiencyPortfolio management softwareOperational platformsCommunication skillsTeam playerFast-paced environment

Required

Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity

Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet proficiency – position weighs heavily on Excel functions/formulas

Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and team player

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for performance/work product

Ability to complete other functions as assigned within Operations, as needed

Polished oral and written communication skills

Required experience with Addepar

Preferred

Preferred experience with Portfolio management software

Working knowledge of data feeds a plus

Working knowledge of Addepar's trading tool a plus

Experience onboarding advisors from other platforms (Orion, Black Diamond, Envestnet, etc)
