Approve and monitor RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Verify work quantities and ensure compliance with all NJDOT and FHWA standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
8+ years of field inspection or resident engineering experience on roadway or infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of NJDOT Standard Specifications and construction safety standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Preferred
NICET Level IV or PE license preferred
