Leading and developing top talent to build a high-performing Onboarding Sales team
Delivering results while keeping team members motivated and holding them accountable
Creating a positive culture fueled by learning and development
Driving business-critical initiatives that meaningfully impact commercial results
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for increased effectiveness in current workflows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales leadership experience, with 1+ year of experience with second-level leadership
A proven track record of building teams that hit targets and accomplish goals
Demonstrated super strength when it comes to diagnosing complex spaces and driving smart changes
The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
