Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of assigned projects or programs, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Help drive and support organizational change by soliciting input and feedback, providing clarifying information/communication, and refining processes to facilitate implementation
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of strategic initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Support other projects as assigned, including corporate meetings or events, goal planning, etc
Develop and deliver compelling, story-driven content for various company platforms (e.g., presentations, print materials, etc.) that align with corporate initiatives and project objectives
Draft, edit, and proofread speeches, correspondence, presentations, and talking points for corporate initiatives and the Executive team, as needed. Assist in the development and distribution of these messages
Support the delivery of these messages to associates, including company-wide announcements, memos, and newsletters
Manage the internal communications calendar. Gather feedback from teams to inform stakeholders of feedback and identify topics of interest or concern from associates
Develop metrics to measure the success of initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This may include creating key performance indicators (KPIs)
Communicate effectively with senior leadership, project teams, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns

Required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and driving clarity amidst ambiguity
Able to organize complex information into clear presentations and executive-level updates
Ability to have strong stakeholder relationships and working in a team environment. Proven ability to work cooperatively to engage, influence, and align all stakeholders and cross-functional teams towards the accomplishment of corporate goals
Proven expertise in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
Bachelor's degree in: Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field

Preferred

Experience supporting corporate strategy, investment management or management consulting preferred
