Responsibilities

Handle and manage extremely large 2D/3D datasets from CAD applications including Revit, MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil3D, ESRI, and Rhino

Develop and implement GIS/ESRI workflows tailored for visualization projects and geospatial data integration

Perform Civil3D conversions and apply advanced production methods to optimize data for visualization workflows

Conduct research and development in cutting-edge technologies (Gaussian splat, AI automation, Digital Twin, etc.) to advance Stantec’s visualization capabilities and deliver cutting-edge deliverables

Design and maintain custom 3ds Max tools and scripts used across visualization teams to improve efficiency and consistency

Create infrastructure and roadway models from MicroStation/OpenRoads data for high-quality rendering and animation outputs

Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualization deliverables align with technical accuracy, design intent, and project timelines
