Responsibilities
Lead clinical development for autoimmune programs, guiding IND-enabling and early-phase clinical studies
Provide medical and scientific leadership across cross-functional teams including translational, regulatory, and clinical operations
Represent the company at major scientific conferences (e.g., ASH, ACR, EULAR)
Partner with discovery and translational scientists to define clinical strategy and biomarker development
Oversee investigator relationships and support clinical protocol design and medical monitoring
Contribute to publications, presentations, and regulatory submissions
Qualification
Required
MD or MD/PhD from a U.S.-accredited medical institution
Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in biotech or pharma (clinical development, translational medicine, or medical affairs)
Demonstrated leadership in autoimmune or immune-mediated disease research
Experience presenting at major medical meetings
Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership skills
Preferred
Clinical training and board certification in Immunology, Rheumatology, or Neuroimmunology strongly preferred
