Plans and administers directly, and through subordinate supervisory personnel, the effective management and delivery of diagnostic laboratory section procedures in accordance with all system and regulatory agency standards
Ensures quality, financial, and customer service objectives are met
Develops, secures approval of and administers capital and operating budgets in order to meet agreed-upon departmental goals and objectives. Develops and implements appropriate methods to monitor adherence to budgets and resolve variances
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related fields
BS, HT, HTL, MT, or CT (ASCP)
Four years of experience in related discipline
Two years of supervisory or managerial experience
Preferred
Master's degree in medical technology, business administration or health services administration
