Responsibilities

Handling employee onboarding, transfers, offboarding, visa assistance, and leave management
Assisting monthly payroll processing, tax reporting, benefits administration, and compliance
Supporting and improving global systems
Working closely with global business units to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery
Act as the first point of contact to respond to employee questions on HR, payroll, or policy topics, ensuring timely and accurate resolution or escalation when needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or above (Finance, Accounting, HR, Management, or Information Systems majors preferred)

Fast learner, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
