Responsibilities
Supporting management of staff and deliverables within assigned functional areas, such as:
Program Evaluations and Analysis: Overseeing Measurability Assessments (MA) and Focused Evaluations (FE) to ensure adherence to required methodologies, timelines, and report quality standards (≥ 95% accuracy)
Analytical Data and Reporting: Coordinating production and quality control of suicide analytical datasets, dashboards, and reports submitted to Army and DoD entities
Substance Misuse Management: Monitoring inquiry response timeliness and accuracy, ensuring appropriate communication with DPRR program managers and stakeholders
Assisting in the conduct of post-award and periodic progress meetings with the Government, preparing meeting materials, and tracking action items
Supporting documentation, briefings, and point papers related to contract status, performance, and deliverables
Ensuring work quality meets established performance standards, including accuracy, deliverable timeliness, and responsiveness to COR and GTM feedback
Coordinating with Government Technical Monitors (GTMs) across functional areas to address performance issues or task clarifications
Acting with full authority for the contractor when the PM is absent, ensuring all TO-related communications, deliverables, and coordination continue seamlessly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting or managing Government projects involving data-driven analysis, prevention, resilience, readiness, or related functional areas
Familiarity with military health, wellness, and prevention system, programs and objectives
Demonstrated experience with oversight of administrative, analytical, or research-based projects similar in nature to DPRR
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills; ability to engage with multiple Government stakeholders across complex prevention portfolios
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
Strong work ethic with excellent organizational and inter-personal skills
Self-starter with demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
Ability to interact professionally with clients
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
US Citizen
Preferred
Supported Army/DOD prevention and resilience programs, including analysis, reporting, and evaluation
Familiar with Army/DOD suicide and substance abuse reporting systems and tools, including PowerBI
Experience conducting program evaluations, interpreting new prevention findings and concepts, analyzing datasets, compiling dashboards and reports, and/or generating informed recommendations
