Lead and manage civil site design projects, ensuring timely and successful completion

Guide and mentor talented project teams focused on creativity and excellence

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules and perform quality reviews

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met

Prepare and review design documents, drawings and specifications

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies

Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary

Lead business development activities to foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients

Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
