Business Developement Executive
ECLARO is a leading provider of healthcare workforce software and solutions, currently seeking a Business Development Executive in the New York, NY area. The role involves managing high-level business development and sales of Support Services within an assigned territory, driving awareness, training, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary territory liaison responsible for driving objectively measured incremental growth of Support Services
Assist management in overseeing, training, assisting and development of the Sales Enablement team
Work with the field sales organization to assist with training and skills development for selling of Support Services
Lead efforts for Support Services demand generation campaigns, working with the field sales organization
Drive and push various strategies to drive staffing sales initiatives to the SEM team and assigned territories
Collaborate with existing field sales and services leadership to analyze and prioritize selling activity within existing accounts that will drive efficient sales growth of Support Services
Develop joint marketing plans to recommend tactics and assist the field with regularly scheduled demand generation activities within assigned territory
Manage ongoing training and development of supported sales and SE staff relative to Support Services
Deliver accurate forecasting of Support Services for assigned regions
Meet or exceed financial targets for Support Services sales
Collaborate with peers across markets to share best practices and develop a consistent approach for position which yields optimal results
Drive new sales outside existing customer base
Target dormant accounts to revive and drive new sales
Work with the Support team to qualify all relevant opportunities
Follow performance review process to promote communication, provide useful feedback about job performance and contribute to an employee's professional development
Handle confidential matters and information professionally
Conduct business in a professional, competent and ethical manner
Adhere to corporate policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Willingness to travel to assigned territory
Knowledge and experience selling staffing based / support services
Deep understanding of the on-going industry market to position as a thought leader and trusted advisor
Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work well in matrix-managed environment
Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
Able to work independently
Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Staffing Service solutions with significant business development responsibilities; sales experience is a plus
Proven success selling to solutions to IT management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering field, preferred
IT Staffing experience is desired
