Burgess & Niple is an established A/E firm that values employee input and collaboration. They are seeking a Water/Wastewater Senior PM & Business Development Leader to build a water business in Jacksonville, manage client relationships, and lead project delivery while mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

Serve as client manager, senior project manager and/or technical subject matter expert for municipal water/wastewater clients in the Jacksonville region

Lead business development activities including direct client interaction and engagement. Work with B&N’s Florida water/wastewater and marketing teams to develop a plan for expanding our client base and winning new work in the Jacksonville region

Actively lead and participate in project pursuit and delivery to create an exemplary client experience

Hire, train, coach, and mentor mid-level and junior design staff in developing and delivering projects. In the short term, this position will be supported by other B&N water/wastewater offices with a long-term goal of developing a local team to serve area clients

Oversee the delivery of the projects while focused on risk management, budget, schedule, and profitability
