Responsibilities

Reviewing timesheets and processing union and non-union payroll on a weekly basis

Process termination/separation final wage payments in accordance with State regulated timeframes

Maintain Payroll operations by following policies and procedures

Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Resolve Payroll discrepancies by gathering and analyzing information

Maintain Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly union reports

Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports on a weekly basis

Perform various account reconciliations and analysis

Special projects-other duties as assigned

Required

1-2 years payroll experience required

Construction and union payroll required

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel

The ability to function effectively in a highly entrepreneurial environment, both as a team player and independently

Ability work to work in a fast-paced setting, with weekly deadlines

Must be very detail oriented and able to organize and prioritize time

Preferred

JD Edwards experience a plus
