Responsibilities
Develop user-focused solutions that increase organizational efficiency and enable better decision making
Create and implement complete end-to-end solutions that modernize client systems
Ensure that your team’s solutions consider the broader ecosystem and operating environment as well as future functionality and enhancements
Deepen your skill set in areas like cloud and DevOps engineering
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building production-level AI or ML systems, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agents, or complex automation frameworks
3+ years of experience with Python and Python tools, including Pandas or NumPy
Experience with LLMs, ML, Deep Learning (DL), and Reinforcement Learning (RL)
Experience with tools and AI agent frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience connecting agents to APIs, cloud platforms, or databases
Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering, or 10+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
Ability to obtain a Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date
Preferred
Experience with the administration of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins
Master's degree
