They are seeking a Senior Water & Wastewater Project Manager responsible for managing environmental water/wastewater projects, preparing project designs and reports, and ensuring project profitability while maintaining client relationships.

Managing environmental water/wastewater projects

Preparing project designs and reports

Preparing and administering construction contracts

Managing financial resources and project profitability

Completing project permitting requirements

Client relationship management and development activities

Communicating with other HRG staff as needed to ensure projects are completed timely and on budget

Providing project review, QA/QC and compliance to client specific requirements

Assisting with staff training

Providing recommendations to supervisor regarding staffing requirements

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis

Pennsylvania P.E. licensure

10+ years' project experience involving: Design of water distribution and treatment systems, Wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems and processes, Hydraulics, On lot systems, Environmental assessments

Minimum 5-10 years project management experience: Ability to provide timely project deliverables, Develop and maintain excellent client satisfaction

Previous experience with: Computer modeling of water systems, Hydraulic design software, PA DEP regulations

Full knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering applications are required

Team player possessing strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

Flexibility to travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices as necessary, which may include overnight stays (Valid US Driver's License is required)
