The Summer Internship Program is a 10-week paid opportunity designed for undergraduate and graduate students to gain exposure to various professional roles within the leisure travel and cruise industry, working on departmental projects and participating in professional development activities.

Responsibilities
Support recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and employee engagement projects
Assist with business analytics, forecasting, and financial planning for a global enterprise
Contribute to campaign development, digital/social media strategy, and internal communications
Gain exposure to MedallionClass® technology and work on product development, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Participate in projects enhancing onboard services, itinerary planning, and global operations
Complete a capstone project presented to Princess leadership at the end of the program
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a four-year accredited undergraduate or in a graduate/Ph.D. program
A rising Junior
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Adaptability to handle technical tasks, projects, and cross-functional assignments
Preferred
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
Project management or leadership experience (academic or extracurricular)
Data visualization or presentation skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau a plus)
Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
