Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and field evaluations as needed, sometimes meeting with customers on-site to assess progress or resolve issues
Manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met
Manage material ordering, crew direction and clear and timely communication throughout project execution
Collaborate with internal teams to review project scopes and assist in planning and organizing required materials
Assist in obtaining closeout materials and documenting completed work to ensure accurate records
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in field operations, project coordination, or construction support
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and job documentation practices
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
