Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage Project Quality Control Plans (QCPs) aligned with Thermo’s QMS and client standards

Serve as the on-site QC representative, leading inspections, resolving non-conformances, and delivering root-cause analyses

Partner with BIM and commissioning teams to ensure installations match drawings, models, and approved submittals

Lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and commissioning activities (Levels 1–3)

Verify materials, oversee as-built deliverables, and maintain all QC documentation and performance reports

Support start-up and field troubleshooting for control systems, instrumentation, and PLC/HMI applications

Mentor junior engineers and technicians on quality standards and continuous improvement
