Responsibilities
Meticulously test the Popl Dashboard and mobile app to ensure all updates, features, and bug fixes perform flawlessly
Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to communicate issues and verify fixes
Provide frontline support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and help users get the most out of Popl
Organize and prioritize feature requests and bug reports to help guide our product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Extreme attention to detail (In your application mention 'EATD')
Self-starter who is enthusiastic, great with people, skilled in troubleshooting, and excited to become our newest Popl expert
General tech support experience with SaaS products
Ability to troubleshoot technological difficulties
Ability to work with our SQL backend (training provided)
