Responsibilities
Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative, visually compelling design concepts for a variety of projects, including branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials
Partner with clients to understand their goals and preferences; present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables to meet or exceed expectations
Design print materials such as brochures, posters, direct mail pieces, out-of-home, and event/booth graphics
Create digital assets including website layouts, landing page designs, static and animated digital and social media ads, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity across all channels
Maintain strict alignment with client brand guidelines and PlatinumBlack’s creative standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every deliverable
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines; communicate clearly with team members to support an efficient, collaborative workflow
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh ideas to projects when appropriate
Demonstrate strong proficiency with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Preference for candidates with additional software skills such as Figma, Adobe Animate, etc
Qualification
Required
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment
A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a strong command of design principles and a variety of design projects
Strong fluency and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Strong production skills, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Preference for candidates with additional software skills such as Figma, Adobe Animate, etc
