Responsibilities
Plans, conducts, and coordinates a range of marketing support activities
Develops/maintains marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM)
Provides support to deadline-driven proposal activities and general marketing correspondence to include resumes and project descriptions and responses to requests for proposals and qualifications
Works independently and/or with marketing coordinators and technical staff, such as project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the company's multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars
Provide general support to the marketing department
Performs other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience
Be able to think creatively and strategically and complete work in a team-based environment
Work independently and be self-motivated
Excellent computer skills
Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Must be able to work in a team environment
