Oversee large, complex projects, ensuring they are planned, executed, monitored, controlled, and closed successfully

Coordinating with stakeholders and third-party consultants to manage design and construction phases

Tracking design packages

Resolving issues

Supporting contract negotiations

Reviewing cost estimates

Conducting constructability reviews

Processing invoices

Managing change orders and disputes

Assisting in scheduling and coordinating third-party contractors and consultants for data center projects

Qualification

Strong communication skills

Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, landscape architecture, construction management or business
