Responsibilities
Generate architectural design concepts
Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings
Interface/coordinate interior design, site planning, and engineering to develop and execute architectural design concepts
Function as a designer to the extent necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget
Work under a Senior Project Manager, helping with construction administration, consultant coordination, and construction documents
Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing client relationships
Has excellent technical knowledge and management skills
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects
Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently
Possess strong drive, motivation, and self-initiative
Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team and consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture
10 -20 years of experience
Working knowledge and understanding of construction documents and building codes
Strong leadership skills – ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality service to clients
Excellent written and verbal skills
Highly organized, detail-driven, and conscientious
Proficient in current versions of Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel
Preferred
Licensure in architecture is preferred
