Account Executive
Boudreaux's New Drug Store is dedicated to providing exceptional pharmaceutical care and innovative solutions to enhance patient health. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key national accounts, developing tailored digital advertising solutions, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with major and national accounts to maximize revenue opportunities
Conduct cold calling and outreach to generate new business leads and expand the client base within the assigned territory
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and provide consultative sales solutions tailored to their objectives
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless client experience
Track and report on sales metrics, forecast revenue, and develop strategic plans to meet or exceed sales targets
Qualification
Required
Must live in New York City
3 - 5 years experience in aesthetics and/or pharmaceutical sales (injectables, toxins, fillers, devices, skincare, etc.)
Established healthcare provider relationships with medical spas, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, etc
Strong cross-selling and consultative skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in account development and management, preferably within digital advertising or media sales
Demonstrated success in consultative sales and territory management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
President's Club Winner or consistent top-performer
Experience working with national accounts and managing major client portfolios
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and industry trends
Ability to analyze sales data to inform strategic decision-making
Previous experience in cold calling and lead generation within a competitive sales environment
Advanced negotiation and presentation skills
