Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of employment law policies and procedures across the organization, including development, review, and revision of Global Handbook, as needed

Advise senior management and HR teams on complex employment law matters, including recruitment, employee relations, redundancy, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations

Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and review of employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and service contracts to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation

Monitor and interpret legislative developments in employment law, ensuring the organization remains compliant with current regulations

Manage the resolution of employment disputes and contractual issues, liaising with external counsel as necessary

Represent the organization in legal proceedings, tribunals, and negotiations with regulatory bodies

Provide strategic input into organizational change projects and restructuring from an employment and contractual perspective

Maintain accurate records of human resource and employment legal documentation and correspondence
