This role provides analytical support for tactical and strategic Identity Intelligence (I2) missions across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
Conduct all-source analysis and fusion of biometric and identity intelligence data
Produce analytic reports and products supporting military and intelligence operations worldwide
Apply advanced knowledge of Identity Intelligence (I2) tradecraft to assess unique identifying modalities including fingerprints, DNA, iris, facial, and behavioral patterns
Utilize analytical tools such as BI2R/I2AR, SOFEX, Palantir, Query Tree, Analyst Notebook, BAT, TIDE, and QLIX for research and production
Coordinate analytical production with senior analysts and team leads
Deliver briefings to internal and external government clients, senior leaders, and military personnel
Support both CONUS and OCONUS operations; position may require deployment for up to six months
Operate in 24/7 mission environments as required, including night and weekend shifts
Qualification
Required
Minimum ten (10) years relevant experience; six (6) years acceptable with a Bachelor's Degree
Strong research, writing, and analytical tradecraft skills
Expertise in Identity Intelligence methodologies and data exploitation techniques
Experience with key analytical systems (BI2R/I2AR, Palantir, BAT, TIDE, QLIX, etc.)
Proven ability to synthesize data and deliver actionable intelligence assessments
Strong interpersonal and briefing skills with ability to interact across multiple intelligence disciplines
Willingness and ability to deploy OCONUS for extended assignments
Ability to adapt in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required prior to start
