Responsibilities
Supervise and support Universal Bankers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Oversee daily branch operations, including teller services, account openings, cash handling, and reconciliations
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all bank policies and regulatory requirements
Serve as the communication bridge between the branch and the Chillicothe main branch, implementing initiatives and sharing feedback
Deliver excellent customer service, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for growth
Support branch marketing efforts and represent the bank at community events
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of branch operations, teller functions, and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to balance operational oversight with business development and community engagement
Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
2+ years experience in retail banking or financial services, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred
