Product Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness

Samyang America, Inc. is launching a new Healthcare Division focused on developing products that support metabolic health. The Product Marketing Manager will lead brand strategies for the U.S. healthcare portfolio, ensuring effective go-to-market execution and brand performance optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead the launch and commercialization of new products in the U.S. market, including positioning, messaging, and cross-functional execution
Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure 360-degree marketing activation
Partner with creative and media agencies to develop and implement integrated campaigns that support product growth
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
Define and articulate brand positioning, personality, and key messaging
Lead consumer segmentation and targeting efforts based on market and insight-driven data
Translate consumer research and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies
Leverage data and internal tools to monitor brand health and category trends
Represent the voice of the consumer in all stages of brand development
Own the brand P&L and monitor performance metrics including revenue, margin, and ROI
Conduct post-launch analysis and recommend optimizations to strengthen product positioning and growth
Collaborate closely with R&D, and supply chain, to shape innovation pipelines
Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans with agility. Ensure compliance with regulatory and category norms across all consumer-facing content

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
7~10 years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer healthcare categories
Proven track record in launching and scaling consumer products in competitive markets
Experience developing go-to-market strategies and managing product messaging across channels
Strong strategic thinking, product storytelling, and creative judgment
Analytical skills with experience using data to inform messaging and positioning decisions
Ability to synthesize customer insights into actionable product strategies
Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams
Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and presentation skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure
Strategic and customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building impactful brand experiences
Self-motivated and accountable, able to work independently and drive cross-functional alignment
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Passionate about health and wellness, with a strong belief in the value of brand-led consumer impact
