Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) implementing ABA programs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals and strategies as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company standards
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
Provide parent training and ongoing support
Ensure ethical, evidence-based practice in line with BACB guidelines
Qualification
Required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Tennessee Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Familiarity with ABA principles and data-driven decision making
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Required Training: CPR Certification, HIPAA Compliance Training
Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Clarksville and Fort Campbell
Preferred
Experience with high-aggression youth preferred; willingness to work with this population is a must
