Inside Sales Representative
The QTI Group has partnered with a full-service safety supply company to find a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to break into sales and customer service, offering the chance to grow into a long-term role while engaging with customers and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and follow up on warm leads to support business development efforts
Engage with customers via phone and email to provide product information and support
Assist with CRM data entry, testing new CRM platforms, and maintaining accurate records
Participate in sales meetings and collaborate with the sales team to learn the company’s model
Represent the company at tradeshows and networking events
Provide front-facing customer service and build strong client relationships
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude
Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers
Willingness to learn and grow within a sales/customer service role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The selected individual will be required to successfully complete a saliva drug screen and motor vehicle record check as part of the prehire process
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
