Outside Sales Account Manager - Fluid Power Components and Solutions
SunSource is one of North America’s leading value-add industrial distribution companies, specializing in Fluid Power and related solutions. They are seeking a driven Outside Sales Account Manager to develop strategic sales plans and build strong customer relationships within the Fluid Power division.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree, or equivalent experience
3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
Preferred
Fluid Power focus preferred
Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred
Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
