Responsibilities

Serve as Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned programs/projects

Prepare and deliver presentations, papers and training/mentorship in assigned domain area

Perform system testing and functional analysis and provide assessments

Lead technical meetings and review boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure development contractors are meeting program requirements

Coordinate, generate and review SOWs and Product Change Requests for new requirements and assist the PM/COTR in the evaluation of development contractor proposals

Serve as technical experts in their assigned area

Required

Must hold a TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Clearance

Industry experience and a thorough understanding of project engineering required

Specific knowledge of assigned project/domain required

Thorough understanding of DOD and/or IC program management with NRO experience desired

Understanding of the MID development contracts and the programs/projects is desired
