Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of workers' compensation claims
Review and organize case files and documents
Conduct legal research using tools such as LexisNexis
Maintain communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Utilize case management software (Cleos and CMS) to track case status and deadlines
Prepare for hearings and trials by organizing evidence and exhibits
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification
Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in workers compensation
Proficiency in legal research tools, including LexisNexis
Familiarity with case management software such as Cleos and CMS
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
