Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the ticketing industry
Pursue prospects gathered through marketing, trade show, cold calling
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ business objectives and pain points
Demonstrate solutions powered by HoldMyTicket that address client specific requirements and delivery maximum value
Negotiate pricing, signing bonus, terms and contracts to close deals in a timely manner
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Represent HoldMyTicket at industry trade shows to promote products as required
Utilize Salesforce CRM to track, build and monitor your sales plan and targets
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

Required

3 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close B2B sales opportunities in a competitive market
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
Skilled in relationship building and account management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction
Proficient in using CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) to manage pipelines and track performance
Effective negotiation and contract management skills to drive profitable deals
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong time management and organizational abilities
The ability to showcase experience and strong sales skill set including; lead generation, cold calling, working with CRM systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Salesforce experience
Knowledge of the event or ticketing industry and a passion for live experiences
Experience in event ticketing sales
