The Outside Sales Account Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing customers in the Fluid Power division.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations
Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory
Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions
Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus preferred), or equivalent experience
3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)
Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally overnight
Preferred
Fluid Power focus preferred for the 2-year technical degree
Fluid Power sales experience is a strong plus
